Paul oversees both the sporting strategy and the commercial viability of the club, ensuring a seamless connection between on-pitch performance and off-pitch sustainability. By managing everything from coaching staff recruitment and player development pathways to sponsorship acquisition and day-to-day financial administration, this role builds the foundational infrastructure needed for the amateur club to thrive within the local community.

Leading the club’s talent identification and scouting network, the Head of Player Recruitment ensures a constant influx of high-calibre players capable of meeting our promotion targets. Paul oversees the strategic sourcing of players for all our Adult Squads, and the transition phase from youth football.

Serving as a vital bridge between the playing squads, coaching staff, and the leadership team/committee, Chelsea ensures that our athletes have the off-pitch support required to perform on it. They are the primary point of contact for squad logistics, player integration, and personal well-being.

Serving as the primary bridge between the club and the local high street, the Commercial & Community Partnerships Manager drives local revenue and manages grassroots business relationships. John is responsible for localised sponsorships, pitch-side advertising boards, and programme ads.

Focusing on high-value corporate investment and regional brand alignment, the Partnerships Strategy & Activation Manager secures and manages major club sponsorships. Jacob oversees the design of bespoke corporate packages, from front-of-shirt branding to digital media partnerships.
